*All juices are to serve as is, but if they are too strong for you, use your discretion and dilute them with water.

Apple Watermelon Lime Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 3 apples, 2 cups watermelon, 1 lime (remove the peel)
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve.

Green Giant Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 4-6 Carrots, 3 handfuls fresh Spinach leaves, Handful of Flat Leaf Parsley, 2-3 Sticks of Celery
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve.

Sweet Ginger Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 1 cucumber, 2 large sweet apples, 2 sprigs fresh mint leaves, 1/2 inch ginger root
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve.

Peared With Celery Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 3 celery sticks, 2 pears, 1 bunch watercress
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve.

Garden Greatness Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 2 tomatoes, 2 carrots, 3 ribs celery, Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Process tomatoes, carrots and celery in a juicer, then add lemon juice, stir, and serve.

Morning Sunshine

(1 Serving)
  • 2 apples, 2 cups of raspberries, 1 orange
  • Process the ingredients in a juicer and serve.

Mango Madness Juice

(1 Serving)
  • 1 kiwi, peeled, 1 orange, peeled and sectioned, 1/2 mango, peeled and sliced

2 carrots

Pinch of Dulse powder

For energy and endurance.

Red Ice

1 beet
1 sweet potato
2 apples
1 lemon
1 tomato
Thin slice of Spanish onion
1 garlic clove
can of frozen apple concentrate

Sit back and relax!

With the aid of a good juicer or fresh juice from a health shop, give yourself a power up and try a juice fast.

Better than any fad diet, you can stop running yourself ragged. It’s a great way to remove toxins from the body, to lose weight, and to improve your health and wellbeing.
